The conditions of spontaneous formation of disipative structures in semiconductors which are caused by stratification of homogeneous concentration of charge carriers and temperature of crystalgrid by pulse light excitation in thermal balance regime were examined. Conditions of cristal grid temperature stratification were established. Profiles of temperature field which appear in semiconductors under the influence of laser radiation depending on irradiation conditions, optical and thermophisical characteristics of materials were analysed.
