The necessity of introduction in the field of the decentralized energy of cogeneration options is grounded on a base GPЕ and UGT with the effective heat-exchange equipment for complex utilization of warmth. The analysis of study of basic tendencies of the use of complex utilization of warmth allowed to give the estimation of efficiency of different charts of utilization of warmth and ground the choice of schematics during realization of cogeneration technologies on a base UGT and EIС. Cogeneration technology and constructions is offered mini - HEC with the use of chart of deep utilization of warmth from a reciprocator. Are the effective surfaces of heat exchange developed with welded finning and profiling, used for creation of the heat utilization modules by mini - HEC introduction of which allowed to shorten the expense of smooth pipes on their making in 1,5-2 time, to reduce the expense of metal on 30%, to do vehicles more compact. It is presented fuel EC cogeneration systems higher EC HEC and EC with the separate making of electric power and warmth. The thermodynamics estimation of efficiency of cogeneration options is given on a base UGT and ICE. The conducted analysis of existent constructions and methods of calculation of hot-water boilers and heat exchanger for utilization of off-gas of and gas-turbines engines allowed to offer new approach to the calculation and experimental study of processes of transfer in such constructions. The new improved method of calculation of heat exchange and hydrodynamics of the heat-exchange vehicles executed on the base of high-efficiency finned surfaces is developed. On the basis of the conducted calculations the draft designs of the new improved constructions of heat exchanger and hot water boilers developed for utilization of exhaust gases of GPЕ and UGT of cogeneration options. As a result of consideration of technical bases of creation of effective autonomous energy plants with the combined admission of different types of thermal energy the scientific tendencies of their construction and designers requirements are formulated to the schematics and parameters of sodium vaporizer of energy plants similar type. The technical and structural terms of creation of the cogeneration setting of stationary energy supply are certain in the developed preliminary suggestion, warmth of high temperature get-away gases of model glass worked stove functioning due to utilization. On the basis of analysis and conducted experimental research the basic operating parameters of compressor are certain, air turbine of UGT and finned high temperature thermal pipe (HТP) as element of heat exchanger of thecogeneration setting.
