Adaptation of the atmospheric model MM5 to the terms of south-west of Ukraine is executed, and model of shelf area of sea to north-western part of the Black sea (NWBS). With the use of joint model the atmosphere - shelf area of sea is given estimation of influencing of the heterogeneous field of wind on the field of drift currents of shelf area, necessary for computation of distribution of pollutions in NWBS.
