Sci Ukraine popup.description2 Summary The purpose of the research: on the basis of studying the influence of physical activity and various kinds of medical gymnastics on a structurally functional state of bone-muscular system to improve the complex rehabilitation of old groups' patients with osteoporosis and its complications (fractures of distal region of forearm and vertebral fractures). Methods of research: questioning with definition of a pain syndrome in a chest, definition of a level of physical activity, studying of an actual state of the feed, definition of biological age, orthopedic examination, X-ray of the chest, vertebral column with X-ray morphometry, ultrasound densitometry, biohemical researches. Results of research: On the basis of this study researches it was the established the differences of structural-functional state of bone mass, a level of physical condition, parameters biological age, and biochemical in patient which are engaged in physical culture and in patients with usual physical activity. Supervision for women with the established osteoporosis which are engaged on specially developed complex see continuation. Physical exercises and medical treatment with calcium and vitamin D drugs influence on bone mass in elderly patients. Such treatment improves the parameters of structural functional state of bone, expressiveness of vertebral pain syndrome, vegetative and climacteric disturbances, parameters of quality of life.
