Without the correlations with ischaemic brain damage, in patients with arterial hypertension the development of the hypertrophy on the left ventricle is obtained. With the increasing of the intensivety of the hypertrophy on the left ventricle in the elderly age, the concentryfic type of hypertrophy is detected. In this conditions the decreasing of the electric heart activity, both artriums and ventricles, shows the qualitative differences in the type of the hypertrophy on the left ventricle - the increasing of the heart parameters in the patients after stroke is developed by the eclectically passive myocardial substances.
