Criteria of definition of a nature of reactions to tuberculin at steady against tuberculosis disease cattle were investigated. Measures on bringing into a healthy state cattle herds infected with tuberculosis agent and simultaneously sensitized to tuberculin by nonpathogenic micobacteria were developed. Methods of allergic diagnostics of tuberculosis were advanced. The manufacturing techniques of 3 allergens (AAM, PPD) and test - systems for diagnostics of cattle tuberculosis in ELISA were developed. Stability of micobacteria of different kinds in dairy products, soil and water was investigated, preparations with the most expressed bactericidal properties in the attitude of micobacteria were determined. New disinfectant preparation DZPT-1 was developed. Epizootological analysis concerning morbidity on tuberculosis of animals in the farms of the Odessa, Nikolaev and Khersonregions was carried out. Studying of bactericidal activity of home made preparations concerning tuberculosis agents and atypical micobacteria was carried out. 11 patents were received, 4 technical specifications of Ukraine was developed, changes for 2 technical specifications of Ukraine were registered. 3 instructions were developed.
