It has been shown that equilibrium in acyl group transfer practically does not depend on nature of transferring group. Reaction mechanism processes under investigation have been elucidated and it has been shown that rate of these reactions could be satisfactory predicted with the help of modified Marcus equation which includes differences in potential functions of forming and fission bonds.Factors influencing identity acyl transfer reaction barrier heights have been elucidated. Correlation expression which connects rate constants with structural characteristics of reagents for such reactions has been received.
