Nonhormonal correction (experimental research) popup.stage_title Head Gladkova Alla Ivanovna, Registration Date 02-03-2006 Organization Ukrainian Research Institute of Endocrine Diseases Pharmacotherapy popup.description2 Object of research:the reproductive function of rats and biological active substance catiasin. The aim of the study: to determine an impact of father's spermatogenesis disorders on stagnation and development of the sex function of the offspring of both sexes. Methods:physiological, histological, cytological, biochemical, raadioimmunological, toxicological,of organic synthesis, analytical .The stress of aged male rats leads to depression of sex behavior, hypofertility, increasing of embrional mortality of fetuses in the female rats, which were fertilized by these males. Pathospermia is caused by hormonal disbalance and activation of the lipid and protein free radical oxidation processes. Both female and male offspring have a deviation of somatic and sexual development in early ontogenesis and puberty. The pathologic consequences of the stress at both the father and the offspring depend on the stage of the development of sex cells, when the stress of the father was conducted. The most vulnerable spermatogenesis stage to stress is the stage of the stagnation of secondary spermatocytes and prematured spermatides. The new biological active nontoxic substance catiasin is proposed for the correction of spematogenous disorders. The therapeutic form of catiasin as drugs was developed. The sphere of application: endocrinology, andrology, pharmacy Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
