The methods of reasearch: microbiological, physical-chemical, biochemical. The results and innovation: the new carotenoids' overproducers yeast Phaffia rhodozyma were selected (the content of carotenoids is 1,7 mg/g). The laboratories regime of carotenoids production is developed (the production is 3,09 mg carotenoids/l). The biomass of the yeast P. rhodozyma as a additive to the diet of hens has a positive effect on the poultry productivity and eggs quality.
