The motto of European Forum in Prague in October 2005 was: "Competitiveness tomorrow depends on R&D and innovations today". This motto is absolutely possible and necessary to attribute to Ukraine. To combine the directions of EUREKA development with other programs of innovative R&D programs in Ukraine the reports at the conferences, the seminars and the round tables in Parliament of Ukraine, the Government, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Union of businessmen and industrialists of Ukraine, Volynsk State Administrations (Lutsk) were made. Additional and effective mean for development of initiative EUREKA in Ukraine was the participation of the Ukrainian EUREKA NIP in realization of the project "Adaptation of experience of Poland, Hungary, Czechia in EUREKA program in aspect of Eurointegration of Ukraine".
