Influence of size effect on properties of these powders was investigated with EPR and NMR. Core-shell structure of powders was observed by means of TEM. These dates were used in development of technology of dopped BaTiO3 powders. Nanocrystalline undopped BaTiO3 powders were used for fabrication of "Nanocrystalline ferroelectric-polymer " BaTiO3- PVDR composites with different contents BaTiO3.. Novel combined pressureless method of BaTiO3 sintering under controlled atmosphere was prosed. Full dense ceramics with grain size 108 nm was produced by this method.
