The aim of investigation -The analysis of self-descriptiveness of separate methods of test of immune homeostasis, their conformity to practical use; study of a level of immune homeostasis at the cows, research of his changes at frustration them reproductive ability, influence on it separate biologically of active substances. The methods of investigation - the statistical analysis of a condition of reproduction of livestock of the cattle, physiological, biochemical, clinical and immunological researches of the pregnancy cows and neonatal calves, biometric processing of outcomes of researches. The results of the conducted researches - For the first time have determined indexes of an immune condition of the deep-pregnant cows, his change during last third of pregnancy, delivery and in the beginning of the post-delivery term, in connection with their physiological condition up to a fertilization and feeding level in timeof pregnancy. Have finished, that in last third of pregnancy for the cows arises of a immunodeficiency condition, which one we qualified as a sign of a premorbidal syndrome. Have offered integral indexes of an estimation of an immune condition animal - index of a nonspecific resistance (INR), index of an immunological homeostasis (IIGS), level of immune failure (LIF) and level of an immune stimulation (LIS). For the first time have learnt changes of the immune status for the deep-pregnant cows under influencing of the Trekrezan, Germatranol and Saponit and have demonstrated of immunocorrective and immunostimulative property of these drugs.
