The purpose of work - is working out methods, operational definition of the cost price of the basic crops with the purposes of the substantiation of a minimum procurement price both account of dimension and costs structure on 1ha of their sowing necessary for maintenance of a high level yield. Methods of a research: statistical, comparative, expert evaluation, theoretical search, generalization of results, quantification, normative and etc. The basic results. The worked out the methodic of determination normative (scheduled, expected) product cost plant-growing, that allows operatively to realize account units of the costs of growing and realization of unit of crops with the changes of the prices on combustible, service etc., with the further comparison them with a price level in the market. The methodical approaches, algorithms and procedure of each cost unit payments of agricultural production, on an example of sugar beet are designed. The account of a level of the normative cost price and minimum procurement price of the basic crops (winter wheat, sugar-beet, sunflower seeds, vegetables) in whole for Ukraine is carried out. On the basis of generalization of experience of highly profitable enterprises are determined the dimension and costs structure on 1 ha of some crops for maintenance of a high level yield.
