The purpose is to determine influence of methods of treatment hypothyrosis with diffuse toxic goitre on a bone metabolism. Methods: clinical method, ultrasonic research of a thyroid gland and a bone structure, radioimmunolodical, immunofermentical, biochemical, rentgenomorphometriya the analysis of bones structure. It was set that drug therapy during 12 months causes positive changes neither in bone metabolism nor in the structure of bone structure. The standard surgical method of treatment causes the reliable positive changes in the peripheral skeleton. It was well-proven that the cryosurgical method of treatment is more effective for renewal of bone mineral closeness in all parts of skeleton. Can account for it, that application of dosed cryoaction activates the processes of reparative regeneration of thyroid parenchima in postoperative period and results as the long-term stabilization of functional thyroid activity, forewarning of relapses, the considerable lowering of frequency of postoperative hypothyrosis. However any of the investigated methods, under condition of achievement proof of thyroid conditions during one year, does not result in full normalization of parameters of mineral density of bone mineral closeness that demands duly purpose of therapy directed for treatment of osteoporosis and osteopenii.
