There had been developed the software subsystem for analytical processing, prognostication and geographic visualizing of surface water monitoring. There had been optimized the data base control system for local surface water monitoring system, the principal direction of which became the optimization of user's interface of data bade control system and improvement of data base structure following the standardization requirements. There had been developed and introduces the Web-interface access to the generalized water monitoring data via Internet, aimed at the improvement of population informing. There had been developed draft amendments and alterations to the draft Regulations on environment state monitoring in Vinnytsia region for ensuring adequate system functioning.
