The formulated conceptual positions and project decisions of creation of SEARCH NASU, which are based on the results of the generalized analysis of level of informatization of organizations NASU. The model of search and access is developed to the informative resources of SEARCH NASU with providing of differentiationof access according to plenary powers of different categories of users.
