The nanoceramic composites were tested under ambient and high temperatures (hardness, fracture toughness, fritting and electric resistiity). Mechanisms of grains structure formation during sintering of nanocrystalline powders and composition have been investigated. Mechanisms of plastic deformation, fragmentation and recristallization under thermobar sintering of powders and composition were studied. Directions how to develop methods to obtain nanoceramic composites with enhanced properties were determined. Productions of SiC-C nanocrystalline powder and multilayer heaters have been organized. Superplastic behavior of nanocompositions TiN and AlN-TiN under conditions of uniaxial loading at high temperatures has been investigated.
