The aim of the work is to develop information technologies (techniques, algorithms and calculated programs) for systems for Earth optico-electronic observation. Methods used are mathematical modeling, methods of theoretical mechanics, photometry, ephemeris astronomy, methods of the theories of integral transformations, probabilities, and image identification. Created are mathematical models, techniques, algorithms, and applied software, for backgrounding requirements for accuracy and information indices of the aimed efficiency of space systems for Earth optico-electronic observation. A generalized mathematical model of calculations of the region location and observation conditions is built. Requirements for programs of spacecraft attitude control in surveying by optico-electronic equipment are established. Developed are techniques of calculations of permissible values of quality indices of reference production of space systems forEarth optico-electronic observation (detailing, signal/noise relation), permissible values of accuracy characteristics of space systems for Earth optico-electronic observation (accuracy in determination of distances on space pictures, relative height of surveyed objects on space stereograms, conditions of lighting of observation areas. Applications: scientific and technical support, examination of challenges and choosing systems parameters in designing spacecraft for Earth remote sensing. The proposed mathematical models, research methods, calculated techniques, algorithms, and applied software is of most interest in developing of advanced projects of space systems for Earth optico-electronic observation. A significance of the work results from the determining roll of space systems of Earth observation in providing data on natural and man-caused objects, phenomena, and events for socio-economic spheres and state bodies. Based on this data, one can solve a wide range of urgent problems in Ukraine's national economy. Predictions of development of the study subject: development of mathematical models, techniques, algorithms and applied software for backgrounding requirements for accuracy and information indices of the aimed efficiency of space systems for Earth optico-electronic observation.
