Samples of purified alkaloids were obtained: sanguinarine (500 mg), chelerythrine (100 mg), mixture of sanguinarine and chelerythrine (2 g), chelidonine (2 g), coptisine (50 mg), colchamine (200 mg). Besides, purified saponines from greater celandine oil (1.5 g), autumn crocus bulbs (400 mg), and mistletoe seeds (1 g) were received. The obtained alkaloids and saponines were studied in vitro for their cytotoxic activity towards murine leukemia L1210 cells and murine lymphoma NK/Ly. Anticancer activity of those substances was also studied in vivo by using experimental tumor model - murine lymphoma NK/Ly. A recipe of the drug with antifungal and antiparasitary action was developed on the basis of alkaloid complex which contains sanguinarine and chelerythrine.
