Optimal terms for its obtaining was determined to be prior active tumor growth. It is detected that its administration at early stage of growth can induce productive immune response resulted in suppression of tumor growth and inhibition of metastatic spread. TSTF also renders essential protective effect. Immunospecific effect can be increased by stimulation of organism by ? -interferon that substantiate new approach to obtaining of immunologicaly active TF preparations during active tumor growth.
