The model of aqueous polyelectrolyte solution with explicit account for the solvent molecules, which can form tetrahedral network of hydrogen bonds, has been proposed and studied. In addition integral equation theory and Monte-Carlo computer simulation method were used to describe osmotic pressure experimental data for a set of protein solutions and theoretical description of the catalytic effects due to polyelectrolyte addition to electrolyte solution was developed.
