The approach which interprets a section of a straining exceeding the maximum value as a geometrical place of points of the limiting elastic states of a material at the reached strains is used. It proved that at numerical calculations of a tense-strain state of a rock mass convergence of the solution without decrease of precision is attained with increment of magnitude of an exterior loading, equal 5 % from the maximum magnitude. It expels necessity of application of iterative procedures. Parameters of an expedient of security of a stability of mine workings in which there is a rock heaving of ground are justified. The necessary quantity of coefficients in structure of an acoustic signal which characterize parameters of an area with heightened stresses in a rock mass is spotted.
