The aim of this Project is establishment of the physical mechanism of adsorbo-electric effets in multilayred structures based on the silicon with catalytic Pd-Cu composite and Pd films upon hydrogen and hydrogencontaining gas molecules adsorption and receiving of basic parameters of surface adsorption centers which responsible for these effects. The methods of the investigations are volt-curreant and volt-capacitance characteristics, infra-red spectra, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy.
