The possibility to control the concentration of semiconductor nanoparticles on the surface of colloidal SiO2 particles is shown. The optical properties of the obtained heterostructures are investigated, shown is the influence of the size of the dielectric core on the absorption spectra of the colloidal solutions of the heteroparticles.
