Research methods are theoretical: analysis of scientific sources on the problems of theory and method of trade educationmethods of eason-investigation, comparative and historical analysis; theoretical planning and design of methods and teaching technologies; empiric: study and evaluation of the modern state of preparedness of specialists-squirearchies to administrative activity; supervision; conversations; questionnaire; generalization of pedagogical experience; study of results of educational activity of students and pedagogical activity of scientifically-pedagogical workers; experimental: pedagogical experiment. The modern state of formed of administrative competence is found out in future specialist of agrarian industry in institutes of higher and basic tendencies and problems are exposed. Essence, structure and maintenance of administrative competence of modern specialist of agrarian industry, is exposed and the basic types of his readiness are certain to administrative activity.
