The basic laws of formation of inclined and normal cracks were revealed and were systematized for such elements. The influence of each of the considered factors is appreciated and it is offered ways of take into consideration the most influential of them. The technique of definition of the moment of formation of cracks in inclined and normal sections T-shaped of reinforced-concrete elements, which work in conditions of a slanting bend, is developed . The technique can be used for designing and in verifying accounts. It provides the best similarity experimental and theoretical data in comparison with working building norms and can be used for an estimation of reliability of work of reinforced-concrete elements, and also buildings and structures.
