Methods of testings. At problem solving of research the legal and special exploratory methods: the logical and comparative analysis, legal and economical analysis of intercouplings, factor analysis, processing of the statutory acts and references. Outcomes of the Research. The research work is integrated research of a problematics of legal maintenance of usage of objects of the municipal property, and also normative, methodological and technological aspects of creation of a system of the lists of objects of the municipal property. Testifies to availability of novelty in the conducted research that in activity for the first time: 1) Is determined, what objects can is in the municipal property ground of norms of the miscellaneous normative - legal act, and not just pursuant to the norms of laws in force of Ukraine " About a local government in Ukraine " and " About the property "; 2) The features of a legal regime of property, which one are determined to be in the joint property of the communes, including problem of creation of the subjects of managing with usage of the joint estate of the communes; 3) The list of economic organizations of municipal quadrant of economics (with allowance for of their organization-legal form) is determined, the analysis of features of a legal regime of their property is conducted; 4) The unconstitutionality of the legislative norms is justified, which one envision a capability of control of objects of the joint property of the communes by local state administrations; 5) The idealized approaches and practical guidelines on creation of a system of the lists of objects of the municipal property in the format of the Unified list of objects of a state ownership are designed; 6) The project of the chapter of the Law " About control of objects of the municipal property " is designed, in which one it is necessary to fix the order of creation and operation of a system of the lists of objects of the municipal property; 7) The project " Rules about the Consolidated list of objects of the municipal property " is designed. By collective of the writers are advanced: 1) List of tags of the right of the municipal property as the rights of the public property and as independent pattern of ownership; 2) The justification of necessity of demarcation of a legal regime of the joint property of the communes built in the contractual order, and that, which one was till 12.06.1997 in the propertyof areas and regions; 3) Definition of the format of registration of the legal objects of a state ownership with the purpose of usage of the formulated approaches and operational normative - legal regulation to registration of objects of the municipal property.
