Economic efficiency from introduction of new technologies is confirmed by calculations of the basic economic parameters. The practical importance of development is caused by improvement of structure of a feed of the population of Ukraine, an opportunity of economy of raw material of an animal origin and introduction new technologies without additional technical reequipment of food manufactures.
