As a result of researches such results are got: methods of laboratory researches of properties of unsteady soils; physical-mathematics models of change of properties of unsteady soils depending on natural and technological factors variable in time; theoretical and experimental bases of new colloid-chemical and electrochemical methods of diagnostics of the moist state of soils, fixing and strengthening of unsteady soils; practical recommendations for development of new methods of diagnostics of the moist state of soils, fixing and consolidating of unsteady soils. Introduction of results of researches will allow to prevent the damages of objects of earthen linen, to forecast actual longevity of building, to develop the effective methods of fixing of soils, renewal of bearing strength and watertightness of treatment of underground building. An economic effect will be provided with the cost cutting on maintenance of earthen linen and engineering building, by the extension of their terms of service, by prevention of emergency situations and stops of motion of trains, that is by the increase of reliability, longevity and safety of exploitation.
