The learning of properties nanocrystalline of materials requires the account not only their structure and pattern, but also dispensability. In operation for the first time theoretically processes of diffusion and migration of nuclear clusters in a frontier layer of polycrystalline materials also are experimentally investigated with development of mathematical models, that allows to predict properties during synthesis of polycrystalline covers on substrates, and also to use the polycrystalline arrays as technological detectors or decoders of latent objects, where the information on wave, external physical-chemical effect of environment on nanocrystalline of a pattern is accumulated. Prognostic of the assumption concerning development of objects of a research - investigated nanocrystalline materials can be used in air, space-rocket, instrument-making and machine-building industries.
