Purpose of work – to develop the methods of synthesis partly hydrogeneted pyridine-2-thiones, 2-alkylthiopyridines, thiazolopyridines and thienopyridines, to find out subsequent directions of their transformations and probe the biological action of the synthesized compounds. For achievement of purpose it was foreseen to decide the followings concrete tasks: – to synthesize new 2-alkylthiotetrahydropyridines and 2-alkylthiodihydropyridines by a method of multicomponent condensation of aldehydes, cyanothioacetamide, enamines of 1,3-dicarbonilic compounds and alkylhalogenides; – to set the mechanism of formation of the first got compounds by a selection ammonium of pyridine- and 1,4-dihydropyridinehiolates; to learn the possible ways of subsequent transformations of the synthesized compounds, in particular, possibility of receipt on their basis of the condensed systems; in work is first studied multicomponent condensation of aldehydes, cyanothioacetamide, enamines of 1,3-dicarbonilic compounds and alkylhalogenides, that results in formation of functionalized partly hydroheneted pyridines and their condensed derivatived: thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines and thieno[2,3-b]pyridines. The structure of new substances is confirmed by the complex of physical and chemical methods in research, especially IR, 1H NMR and mass-spectroscopic, ultimate and X-ray-structural analysis.
