Purpose of study - to reveal effects of ionizing radiating on hemisphere asymmetry changes as cerebral basis of psychopathology in remout period of irradiation in the wide diapasone of doses as result of Chernobyl accident. To make out models of psychoprofilactics and psychoreabilitations for sufferings. Methods of study - clinical neurological and psychiatric, neuropsychological, psychodiagnostical, neurophysiological, statistical. Clinical neurological and psychiatric, neuropsychological, psychodiagnostical, neurophysiological characteristic of liquidators wich have mental disorders and irradiated in doses 0,02-5,7 Sv was done. Neuropsychological by the particularity of organic mental disorders beside persons, irradiated in doses 0,3-5,7 Sv was a reduction of function activity of dominant hemisphere of cerebrum and compensatory raising of function of nondominant hemisphere. Neuropsychological markers of ionizing radiating in doses 0,3-5,7 Sv was verify. There were revealed particularities of neurofunctional breaking in doses 0,3-1,0 Sv and asymmetry of cerebral hemodynamics. Neuropsichyatric effects are concluded in increase an negative psychopatological symptomatic, increase relative delta-power, in fronto-temporal area particularly, and reducing absolute teta-power in temporal area of left hemisphere, diffusive reducing of alpha-power. The conception of cerebrum radiosensitivity and primary damage localization in cortico-limbic system of dominant (left) hemisphere was proved in patients irradiated in doses more of 0,3 Sv. Application for patent "Method for diagnostic of irradiation mental disorders in remout period of irradiation" was sent. Metodical recomendations "Applications of neuropsychological results and EEG-maping in difference diagnostic of brain damage in remout period of irradiation" were prepared. Models of psychoprofilactics and psychoreabilitations for sufferings were developed. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
