In 46,7% cases the disease is revealed accidentally during routine examinations. In most cases patients morphologically have a light or mild inflammation with partial atrophy of stomach and duodenal mucosa in all age groups. In 32,7% cases were noted reduction of gastric juice. In 58,8% cases peptic ulcers were accompanied by acute erosions of gastric and duodenal mucosa, that may be evidence of trophic and vascular changes. Helicobacter pyllori test was positive in 80-90% cases. Using complex treatment included vinpocetin total convalescence had been obtained.
