Aim of research: the sickness rate of sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, trichomonsasis, chlamidiosis) among childrens and juveniles Ukraine-wide as well as to develop present-day prevention techniquens for these diseases. Methods of research: statistic, epidemiological, clinical, bacteriogical and method of questioning. The research included questioning of the syphilis-, trichomoniasis- and chlamidiosis- infected in Lugansk, Chernivtsi, Kharkov, Kyiv, Donetsk regions and in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Some 600 childrens and juveniles both in-patient and out-patient were questioned. 239 syphilis and 257 trichomoniasis cases were traced epidemiologically and clinically. 86 patients with urogenital chlamidiosis were questioned. 1271childrens and juveniles from Kharkov Home for the Socially Underprivilleged Children were examined on the subject of sexually transmitted diseases. 124 (9,5%) cases of such diseases were diagnosed. Among the factors conductive to the start of early sex life by juvenils infected sexually transmitted diseases there are economic and psychological disadvantage, one-parent families, their attemps to correspond to the "norm of behavior" of their own microsocial group, as well as absence of parents or abode and vagrant life they lead. As a result of this research there are complex methods for syphilis, urino-genital chlamidiosis, and trichomoniasis therapy, methods of preventions. The latter one received Declaratory Patent.
