A possibility of model description of energy states in spatially non-uniform structures is studied. The influence of the anion sub-lattice on the formation of the (pseudo-0D, pseudo-1D etc.) crystalline structures with P2S(Se)6 molecular complex and its manifestation in phonon spectrum of such type crystals is elucidate. The nature of chemical bonding in the studied materials with different anisotropy is established.
