Purpose: Recommendations development concerning with implementation of financially-budgetary mechanisms of market influence on inflation in Ukraine, taking into account international experience. Results: the monetary and nonmonetary factors of inflation have been defined, the estimation of the level of influence on the inflation processes using monetary levers has been conducted, international experience of monetary levers using to influence on the rates of inflation has been generalized, directions of efficiency increase of these levers have been grounded in Ukraine (taking into account international experience).
