Research method: data collection, systematics, and analysis of the leading experience by publications, analysis of influence the input data on the figures of the future deposit commercial development efficiency, design of methodic recommendations. Results and their new patterns: the leading foreign and domestic experience in geological-economic evaluation of mineral deposits is systematized and analyzed. It is analyzed influence of various factors (geological, mining-technical, technological, economic) affecting the major parameters of mineral deposit involvement into commercial development, particularly: the aggregate net profit over the total mining period, the enterprise net discounted profit, enterprise rate of return etc.; the most prominent impacting factors are defined which require the highest substantiation. Methodic recommendations on mineral deposit geological-economic evaluation and market value determination as well as substantiation the condition values for reserves and resources estimation are suggested designed in view of the leading foreign (mainly Russian) and domestic experience.
