Marketing strategy and complex of marketing communications are worked out for the improvement of HSE activies. The conclusion that the search of the new forms of the realization of edicational services in the context of the Bologna Convention is becoming an urgent scientific and practical task, the solution of which is perspective direction of the application of the computer technologies in education, is made.
