The system of diagnostics is constructed on the basis of the effective ways received as a result of basic researches and devices and with use of logic and expert procedures and statistical models. The system includes also the control of deviations of technological and power parameters over allowable and diagnostic parameters over predicted reference values. Difference of the developed technology is a system of monitoring, including the control, diagnostics, forecasting and the automated protection of the equipment at an early stage of development of defects.
