The DSIF formulas have been derived as a sum of two components - quasistatic and its inertial correction. The obtained formulas have been verified by the method of finite elements and a good correlation of results calculated by formulas and numerical solutions of such problems has been revealed. Experimental methods for DSIF Determination have been verified. Documents for two projects for the State Standard of Ukraine have been prepared in which methods for materials DSIF evaluation under mode I and mode II fracture have been proposed.
