Methods for producing 3-50nm Pd particles from complex Pd(II) compounds synthesized in alcohols and carbamide - or acetamide-based ionic organic melts have been developed. It has been made possible to coat fine SiO2 and ZrO2 oxides with 8-14 nm Pd nanoparticles in alcohols, and electrodeposition of 5-20 мm thick Pd coatings with adhesion to Fe and Cu substrates has been performed.
