Yuri, Registration Date 02-04-2007 Organization Research Institute of Applied Electronics of Natoinal Technical University of Ukraine "KPI" popup.description2 Development solves a problem uniform high-frequency processing by laser radiation of low intensity receptors of a leather, reflex zones and mucous membranes of the person in conditions of hospitals. As a result on the basis of the general theory of mechanical properties of solids the mathematical electrodynamic model of oscillations in piezoelectric ceramic elements is created. Calculations of parameters of a design of a scanning element on the basis of reversible piezoelectric propellers of twirl and linear piezoelectric propellers with the direct drive are executed. The production engineering of their manufacturing is completed. For scanning optical laser radiation in an element angular movings mirrors are used at excitation of mechanical oscillations. Drives with direct transformation of ultrasonic oscillations to a translation of the tool with parameters are developed: the maximum force - 5 Н, the maximum speed - 0,2 m/s, the minimal step - 2,0 microns. The production engineering of creation of such miniature drive motors is developed. Alternatives of converters a voltage are developed for excitation piezoelectric ceramic elements on logic microcircuits and on microcontrollers. Results are recommended to be used in engineering industry, optical manufacture, medicine, microbiology for the space positioning. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
