The philosophy for tuning of novel heterogeneous catalysts based on syntetic zeolites, layered metallo-silicates and mixed oxides was developed for oxidative decomposition of dyes and reduction of nitrate ions in water medium. It was demonstrated that net effect ozone and UV-radiation increases the rate and extent of destruction of aromatic structure of organic admixture present in natural water purification employing a low pressure back osmosis, nano-filtration over ceramic membranes.Вased on the investigation results of water purification by baro-membrane processe, the block facilities possessing different productivity were elaborated for the quality improvement of graundwater and surface water serving as a drinking water suppliers.
