Technological procedures were developed allowing significant decrease in hydrogen content in weld metal. Effect of weld metal microalloying by titanium and boron on its properties were investigated. Using the results of invwestigations the low hydrogen welding consumables, such as electrodes, flux, cored wire,were developed for welding of low-allow steels.
