Sci Ukraine popup.description2 The carried out researches of some parameters of health of the people of the senior age have allowed to establish, that the parameters of health substantially depend on age surveyed, educational level, whether the man alone or in family, financial opportunities, features of a feed lives; to establish communication between a condition of a feed, parameters of health, degree of aging. The people of elderly and senile age of Ukraine, in particular with a low educational level, in the majority do not own the information on the rational balanced feed and his features with age. The parameters of health, condition of a feed at the people, which have average and maximum education, live in family better, than at the people with initial education and those who lives alone. The direct dependence between increase of weight of a body increased level of blood pressure , contents of fats of blood, level of sugar and power consumption of a feed, contents of fats in food is established. On parameters of health, biological age and degree of aging the features of a feed - as a unsufficient consumption level of the basic nutritious substances and power consumption of food influence, and superfluous, results in increase of biological age and acceleration of processes of aging. A degree of aging at a superfluous feed in 3-4 times more, than at unsufficient. At a unsufficient feed on process of aging the greater influence have the parameters of an index of weight of a body, whereas at superfluous - parameters of blood pressure . A unsufficient feed has the greater influence on a degree of aging at the men, than at the women. The monitoring of a condition of a feed in 2000-2005 years in comparison with 1990-1999 years by years has found out infringements in a feed of the people of the senior age connected with the expressed restriction of a level consumption of meat and meat of products (on 11,9 %), fish and fish of products (on 57,4 %), vegetable oils (on 12,1 %), on a background of the raised consumption of animal fats (on 51,2%), eggs (on 15,5 %), that results in decrease of biological value of a feed and raises the food factors of risk of development of a pathology, depended on age.
