The selective researches of a condition of a feed of the people of elderly and senile age in the organized collectives have revealed not equation of a feed both on separate groups of products, and on chemical structure. The carried out researches have allowed is scientific to prove offer about improvement of a feed of the people of the senior age, which have formed the basis the Decisions of a Study ofthe Ministers N 477 “ About increase of norms of money assignments at service of the participants of war in medical and preventive establishments ” to develop the methodical recommendations for catering services of the people of the senior age in Ukraine.
