The scientific meaning and results of the studying are in the following: the process of formation in Ukraine of institution model in sphere of European integration is shown; the degree of use of Polish experience in the process of creation of relative state power bodies in Ukraine is determined and the comparative analysis of Polish and Ukrainian institution models is Fulfilled; the institution structure of state power bodies in Ukraine is presented, it may assure implementation the strategic course for European integration (see the table); the sphere of their jurisdiction is analyzed and the analyses of their authorities, rights, duties and responsibilities for fulfilling of their Junctions; classification of state institutions according to level of their prime missions and priority directions of work is accomplished; the scientific and methodological estimation of efficiency of the present Ukrainian system of formation and implementation of strategic course for European integration is done.
