Object: Diabetic cardiomyopathу, polyneuropathy artropathy. Purpose: To study pathogenesis of chronic complications of diabetes, to perfect and optimize the methods of their treatment with the purpose of prophylaxis, decline of disability and continuation of duration of patient's life. Methods: biochemical, immunological, roentgenography. Results: To study the markers of diabetic cardiomyopathy. It is set that the changes of motoring-eliminative violations of stomach arise up on background violations of function of the off-line nervous system. At researching of cytokine prophil we resieved such data: increasing of IL-1, IL-6, FNO- alpha at patients with artropathy and violation of immunology status at patients with the urinary tract infections. The positive effect of Forkal is shown on the flow of artropathy, Sulodexidum on the initial stages of nefropathy. In the process of the protracted treatment by blokers of receptors AT-1 was normalyzed activity of angiotenzin-converting factor.
