Transformation of irrigation, which passed the many countries, provide the creation an associations of waterusers and privatization of inretfarm irrigation and drainage systems. On the ground of analyses of pilot object's experimental data is designed set of tools ( statute of organization, rules of water consumption, determination of water price and etc.) which will be the base of water associations. Such associations of waterusers will be created in zone of activity of the irrigation systems in Ukraine
