The matter of research - financial support of implementation of the tasks of the State Program for Reforming and Developing Housing and Communal Economy throughout 2004-2007. The objective of work - a substantiation of amendments to the State Program concerning amounts and sources of its financing; developing the passport of the Program. Methods of research - analysis, synthesis, comparison. During the research the following methods of the economic-statistical analysis were used: graphic and table methods, grouping method, dynamic rows method. The detailed analysis of financial support of implementation of the tasks of the State Program was carried out. The problems of data gathering on issues concerning the object of research were generalized. The amounts of financing for the Program were defined, taking into account thepresent state of housing and communal services economy. The sources of the financing were defined. On the basis of the research the suggestions concerning the amendments to the Law of Ukraine on State Program for Reforming and Developing Housing and Communal Economy in 2004-2010 were formulated and substantiated, and the passport of the Program was developed.
